Please consider some sort of follow-up on orders. For example, when I place my order I dont get any feedback until it arrives. There is no email verification, no notification that it has shipped, no place I can review the status of my order, etc. I may sound impatient, but when I spend my money on the web I like to know that an item is backordered right away so I can decide if I want to cancel that item or wait. Was delivered in a timely fashion. My daughter totally loves her puppet and is delighted with her gift. However, I was a little disappointed that after purchasing 7 puppets at $79., the same puppets went on sale for $69. before I even received my bill for them. My church would not invest that kind of money but I wanted the children to experience them so I took it upon myself to buy two or three each month until I had a set. I could have saved $70 if I had just waited. I still purchased two more puppets at $69 but when you don't have that big an income, it hurts to know you could have purchased one more puppet with the savings. Many retail stores will refund the difference or issue gift certificates. I wish that were the policy with Puppet Productions.
