Body: I was looking for puppet script CDs for a particular
age group and topic. I contacted PuppetProductions by phone
and they were knowledable about what they were selling. One
CD was an excellent value at $20 for the CD and a spiralbound
book of the skits. The other was about twice that for just
the CD with both the recorded skits and the script files.
Personally, I thought that was a little high, compared to
the great price for the first CD. I was offered several shipping
options and they let me know about when I could expect the
shipment. It arrived right on time, having been shipped the
next day.

The purchasing experience has always been fine. We have noticed
a difference in the puppets we buy today and the ones we bought
10-15 years ago. The older ones are of a better quality in
material. We do appreciate the sphere in the mouth...great
addition, but the mouth on the new ones is not as well formed
in appearance as the older ones were. Hope this helps. We
do prefer your puppets over the others we have purchased,
but theres always room for improvement and the sphere is a
good improvement....maybe next improvement will be forming

I found out my sister needed a new program and she looked
up the options to find one of the correct length. I just signed
on and about one week later had my shows. They arrived quickly
and in great condition. I have also talked to a customer service
rep in the past and they are knowledgable and friendly. I
highly recommend this merchant. Our puppets ordered from them
2 years ago show no wear and are easily used by 2nd graders
through adults at our church.

Body: It is difficult to tell the size of the puppets even
with the chart. We did not want to spend a lot of money so
we went to the overstock items. Since we were purchasing our
first puppets we were flexible to which ones we were buying.
At first I wanted to buy the regular size but felt they may
be smaller than we wanted. We ended up buying the innova size,
which were actually larger than we thought. The puppets are
great quality and I feel we will get what we paid for. The
price may be higher than some other companies, but the quality
is good and they should last a long time.

Body: We ordered puppets on three separate occasions from
puppetproductions. They each arrived clean and in good condition.
The first puppet seemed to take a long time, but it was around
holiday time, so that may have caused the slowdown. The others
arrived in a very timely manner. The puppets are really professional
and fun to have. I am told that the price is good for a puppet
of this caliber, although they seem a bit pricey to me. Luckily,
there are sales occasionally.

the only problem is the order tracking they offer on their

church, and we had a fairly large production coming up and
we needed some new puppets at fairly short notice. After checking
out a number of different companies, I came upon Puppet Productions.
We bought a total of three new puppets. The puppet construction
is excellent, and I would definietly recommend their puppets
for any group. They have a nice look and feel and are reasonably
priced for such products. I actually bought one of the puppets
for my own personal use, and I love it. Customer service is
available to call, and their staff is friendly and helpful.
