CAMP! differs from most other VBS curriculi in that it has a strong emphasis on outreach. CAMP! was created with the idea in mind that many of the children attending VBS have little or no comprehension of God and virtually no background in the Bible. Instead of assuming anything, CAMP! begins at square one -- God exists -- and gently leads attendees to understand how important it is that He loves them. |
